- Gain insights into the basic epidemiology of inflammatory bowel disease.
- Understand and identify the most important differential diagnoses of CD.
- Gain insight into the appropriate use of faecal calprotectin in the diagnosis of CD.
- Understand the basic principles of endoscopic diagnosis of CD.
- Be familiar with the dietary needs of patients with CD.
- Identify the most common extra-intestinal manifestations of CD.
- Identify the variables at diagnosis associated with aggressive CD.
